Iron Point at Prairie Oaks participates in the Pet Appreciation with Sequoia (PAWS) program. The maximum adoption fee reimbursement is $250. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted within 90 days of adoption. All dog breeds are accepted; see office staff for details.
We partner with an innovative company called PooPrints which has effectively reduced and even eliminated un-scooped dog waste around the community, keeping our pets and residents happier and healthier.
Add fees:
Pet Rent: $35/month, per pet (fixed)
Pet Deposit: $500 per pet (fixed & refundable)
Pet Waste Management Service: $65 (fixed)
